How does the extension actually work?

Save links with short names in the dashboard. On any website, click into a text field and type ]] (two right-square brackets). A searchable popover opens at your cursor - filter as you type, then press Enter or click to insert the link. You never leave the page.

Which browsers are supported?

Currently the extension works on Chromium-based browsers like Chrome, Brave, Edge, Dia, Arc, etc.

Why didn't the link picker open when I typed ]]?

The shortcut only works in editable fields - standard inputs, textareas, and most rich-text editors. Password fields are ignored on purpose. Some websites use heavily customized forms where the picker may not appear in every field.

My saved links aren't showing in the picker?

Sign in through the extension popup first - click the LinkManager icon in your toolbar and use the same account as linkmanager.app. Links sync in realtime from your dashboard. After installing, visit linkmanager.app/demo to practice on real forms.

Can I save things other than links?

Yes. It doesn't have to be a URL - you can save any text as long as it's under 2083 characters. Email addresses, code snippets, phone numbers, canned responses, whatever you paste often.
